As a new member of juya9, you will receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

General Terms for Using Bonuses

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Participation in another promotion at the same time as an active promotion may be restricted.
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and cancellation of all winnings.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.

juya9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.5% cashback weekly, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. You can move up through the tiers through regular and active gaming.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

General Game Rules

• Operating games through hacking, bots, or automated software.
• Providing false identity, false documents, or incorrect information.
• Chargeback fraud — raising a dispute through a bank or payment provider after a payment has been completed.
• Harassing other members or damaging the reputation of the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

9 Account Closure and Fund Returns

Account closure may be initiated by either juya9 or the member.

• In cases of Terms violations, an account may be closed without notice.
• In cases of fraud or illegal activity, funds may be forfeited.
• If an account is closed for business reasons, 7 business days' notice will be given and legitimate funds will be returned.
